Denver International Airport (DEN) is ~3-hour drive to Vail
Vail/Eagle County Airport (EGE) is ~ 30 minutes from Vail
Hosted Bus from DEN
We have booked a bus to bring you to/from Vail for those flying into Denver International Airport (DIA) and who do not want to rent a car.
The Bus will be leaving DIA at TBD (possibly 2pm but will be confirmed by April) on Friday, August 19, for a 5 pm arrival in Vail.
The Bus will be leaving from the Lodge at Vail at TBD (possibly 12pm but will be confirmed by April) on Sunday, August 21, for a 3 pm arrival at DIA.
*** Please inform Jessica or Russell if you plan to utilize this, as they will need a list of every name on the bus to be sure no one is left behind.
*** You can use the bus for only 1 transfer. Just make that known.

Day of Wedding
There will be 2 shuttles running from The Lodge at Vail (reception site) to/from Lionshead's Eagle Bahn Gondola (ceremony site). You can ride both ways if you are staying in Vail Village or just 1 way if you are staying in Lionshead Village.
Do not leave anything on the buses.
Once everyone is at The Lodge at Vail for the reception, only one bus will remain on-site and operate as requested by guests to Lionshead until 1 am on Sunday, August 21.
** The distance between the 2 villages is 1.3 miles. The path is flat and will take about 20 minutes to walk one way.

The Lodge at Vail
You must book by calling reservations. Online booking has a 3-night minimum but by using our block you can book a single or 2-night stay.
All room block rooms must be booked by 7/29/22.
The Arrabelle at Vail Square
Check in and out dates are the range you can book within for the discount.

The Lodge Tower
The Lodge Tower shares the parking lot with our reception hotel (The Lodge at Vail). They have 1-3 bedroom condos and DO NOT have a resort fee incorporated. Reservations for them can start being made towards the end of March after the owners have submitted their summer availability.

Vail village has many rentals you can find online through sites such as AIRBNB, VRBO, and many others. There are also dozens of other hotels just a short walk from everything happening.
